It's a furnished student housing apartment. As I'm leaving my room for my internship for 6 months, I would like to sublease my room.
The flat is equipped with (shared) a refrigerator with freezer, stove, kitchenware, table, chairs. Your room is equipped with a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, and chair. You share the kitchen and the bathroom, and you have your own room. The warmrent is €338 per month (WiFi included). Smoking is never allowed!
Two bus stops (studenten wohnheim and schwimmbad) 2 min away from the flat by walk. You can catch a bus bound for the Heidelberg main station or old town easily.The Neuenheimer campus is 7 min by bike, and Heidelberg Hbf is 10-15 min by bike or bus. You can reach Rewe or Aldi by bike (8min) or walk (12 min).
We are master's student at DKFZ and Heidelberg Univetsity. My flatmate (23) is from Italy and studies cancer biology. She is a friendly, wholesome flatmate!
Every weekend, the flat is cleaned by one person in rotation. Your friends can visit you, but throwing a party is not allowed as it's a student dormitory. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, but if we wanted to do something together, we used to do it spontaneously.
