Ab Januar (Einzugsdatum ggf. früher) vermiete ich mein geliebtes Zimmer im Feld bis zum Semesterende unter. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit Bett, Regalen, Schrank und Schreibtisch. Du hast Zugang zum Balkon, auf dem das Rauchen möglich ist. In der Küche gibt es zwei Herdplatten und alles an Utensilien, was du brauchst. Das Bad ist klein aber fein.
Vor der Tür gibt es Fahrradständer. Im Wohnheim gegenüber kannst du deine Wäsche waschen und die Trockner nutzen.
EN: From January (move-in date may be earlier) I am subletting my beloved room in Neuenheimer Feld until the end of the semester. The room is fully furnished with a bed, shelves, wardrobe and desk. You have access to the balcony, where smoking is allowed. The kitchen has two hotplates and all the utensils you need. The bathroom is small but nice.
There are bike racks in front of the door. You can do your laundry and use the dryers in the hall of residence opposite.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich mitten im Neuenheimer Feld direkt neben dem Neckar. Die Haltestelle Campus Im Neuenheimer Feld ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt sind es circa 20 Minuten mit dem Bus (Linie 32/20) oder 15 Minuten mit dem Rad. Zum Bahnhof sind es circa 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet das Mathematikon mit einem Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann und Bäckereien. 5 Minuten vom Wohnheim befindet sich ebenfalls eine Pizzeria und ein chinesisches Restaurant. Da das Neuenheimer Feld kein typisches Wohngebiet ist, gibt es viele Studierenden und es ist relativ ruhig. Abends fühlt man sich sehr sicher und kann jederzeit schnell ins Grüne Richtung Neckar oder Felder. Im Wohnheim 133 gibt es eine Studierenden-Bar.
EN: The residence is located in the middle of Neuenheimer Feld right next to the Neckar. The Campus Im Neuenheimer Feld bus stop is 3 minutes away. The old town is about 20 minutes away by bus (line 32/20) or 15 minutes by bike. The train station is about 10 minutes away. The Mathematikon offers shopping opportunities with an Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann and bakeries. There is also a pizzeria and a Chinese restaurant 5 minutes from the hall of residence. As Neuenheimer Feld is not a typical residential area, there are many students and it is relatively quiet. In the evenings you feel very safe and can quickly head out into the countryside towards the Neckar or the fields at any time. There is a student bar in the residence 133.
Du wirst mit Bato (24) zusammen leben. Wie ihr das Zusammenleben gestaltet, ist euch überlassen. Ihr wechselt euch mit einem Putzplan ab. Es handelt sich um keine Party-WG, weshalb du hier deine Ruhe finden kannst.
EN: You will live with Bato (24). How you organize your life together is up to you. You'll take turns with a cleaning schedule. This is not a party flat share, so you can find peace and quiet here.
Du musst an der Universität Heidelberg immatrikuliert sein.
Gegebenenfalls ziehe ich früher aus, sodass du früher in das Zimmer kannst. Ein Hausmeister ist bei allen Problemen da. Es gibt WLAN in der WG (keine extra Kosten).

It is possible that I will move out earlier so that you can get into the room earlier. A janitor is there to help with any problems. There is WLAN in the shared flat (no extra costs).
