Das Zimmer liegt in einer super schönen und neuen 2er WG im 9.Stock der Marsilius-Arkaden und bietet eine grandiosen Ausblick zum einen auf Mannheim und zum anderen raus nach Norden. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und rechteckig geschnitten, sodass man viel darin unterbekommt. Durch die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Die Fenster sind außerdem schon neu, sodass man von draußen quasi nichts hört, und haben elektrische Rolläden.
Die Wohnung an sich ist ziemlich neu und top eingerichtet mit einer Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine(!), einem Balkon und einer schicken Dusche und einer separaten Toilette.
ENGLISH:
The room is part of a beautiful and pretty new shared flat of two persons on the 9th floor of the Marsilius-Arkaden. In particular you have an awesome view from this room to the castle and out north. The room is approximately 17qm and perfectly rectangular, such that you can fit many things into the room. Because of the two big windows the room is really bright. Moreover, the windows are new enough such that you almost don't hear anything from outside, and have electric blinds.
The flat as such is fairly new and well equipped with a fitted kitchen including a dishwasher(!), a balcony and a nice shower and a toilete in a separate room.
