As I'm doing an internship abroad I'm subrenting my super cozy room!
It's not really a working place but rather for hanging out as i replaced the desk with a couch. You'd still be able to study on the kitchen table or in one of the numerous libraries nearby.
I'd like to leave all the furniture and big stuff. Meaning you'd not only have bed, couch, wardrobe and shelf but also a TV, big speakers and even a PS4.

5 minutes bicycle to Pädagogische Hochschule (Old/new) and the university hospitals (INF)

Award winning flatmate whos down for cooking, having a beer or hanging out!
Quite often there are visitors in the kitchen, so u better like companionship.
There is a cellar for bicycles and one for washing/drying laundry.
Also shared rooms with pingpong, table kick, dart etc. and even a bar!
