Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ist durch die große Fensterfront sehr hell. Der frisch geschliffene Holzboden verleiht dem Zimmer eine behagliche Wärme. Alle Möbel können für die Zeit deiner Untermiete übernommen werden, dies ist aber kein Muss. Es befinden sich darin ein 90cm Bett, ein sehr großer Kleiderschrank sowie ein Schreibstisch.
Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer, das einen Zugang zum Balkon hat. Durch die Ausstattung mit großem Esstisch und Sofa eignet es sich perfekt dafür, Freunde einzuladen oder einfach einen gemütlichen Abend auf der Couch zu verbringen.
Das Bad ist sehr hell und frisch renoviert. Es wurde komplett kernsaniert. Bad und Toilette befinden sich in getrennten Räumen, was in einer WG sehr angenehm ist.
Your future room is very spacious and bright thanks to the large window front. The freshly sanded wooden floor gives the room a cosy warmth. All furniture can be taken over for the duration of your sublet, but this is not a must. There is a 90cm bed, a very large wardrobe and a desk.
The flat also has a very spacious living room with access to the balcony. Equipped with a large dining table and sofa, it is perfect for inviting friends over or simply spending a cosy evening on the couch.
The bathroom is very bright and newly renovated. It has been completely refurbished. The bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms, which is very convenient in a shared flat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage zum Neuenheimer Feld. Dieses ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen, man muss nur eine Straße überqueren. Auch die Neckarwiese ist in ca. zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Hier kann bei gutem Wetter sehr gut chillen, joggen oder spazieren gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, ALDI, Rossman, Bäcker, ...) sind alle ebenfalls fußläufig in max. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Altstadt ist in in unter 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Haus verfügt über Parkplätze, falls du ein Auto besitzt.

Nun zum wichtigsten Teil, deinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner: Lalith ist Promotionsstudent am Uniklinkum in medizinischer Informatik und ein super umgänglicher Mitbewohner. Wir verbringen gerne Abende gemeinsam in der WG mit einem Kochabend oder einem gemeinsamen Bierchen. Wir genießen gerne unsere Freizeit, aber wissen auch, dass es bei Zeiten etwas stressiger werden kann und man etwas mehr Zeit für sich benötigt sei es in Prüfungsphasen oder bei Deadlines für Projekte. Gerne verbringen wir bei gutem Wetter auch viele Nachmittage auf der nahen Neckarwiese. Die WG wird natürlich immer sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten.
Now to the most important part of your future, flatmate: Lalith is a PhD student in medical informatics at the university hospital and a super sociable flatmate. We like to spend evenings together with cooking or sometimes a beer. We like to enjoy our free time, but we also know that things can get a little more stressful at times and that you need a little more time for yourself, be it during exam periods or with deadlines for projects. We also like to spend many afternoons on the nearby Neckarwiese when the weather is good. The flat is of course always kept very clean and tidy.
