Dein Zimmer liegt am Ende des Flurs mit Blick über die Häuser Neuenheims Richtung Schloss
Perfekte Anbindung mit der Haltestelle "Brückenstraße" und nur 5min zu Fuß zum Bismarckplatz. Alle möglichen Geschäfte sind fußläufig unter 5min zu erreichen. Die WG liegt direkt am Anfang des Philosophenwegs,lädt zum spazieren ein.
Die WG besteht aus der Hauptmieterin (Flugbegleiterin) und ihrem Sohn (6 Jahre) und mir (Biologielaborant, 22 Jahre). Wir kochen ab und an zusammen und reden auch mal gemütlich ohne Zwang in der Küche
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 320€ warm. Für März dann entsprechend der Anzahl an Tagen, ab der du einziehst :)
Die Vormieterin wird am Mittwoch (18.03.) ausziehen. Du kannst aber auch schon vorher ab dem 15.03. einziehen, wenn du das möchtest.
