Hallo :) Bis zum 30.09.20 mein WG Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim (2er WG). Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und möbliert.
Da ich über den Sommer nicht in der Hochschule bin, mein Mietvertrag aber bis Ende September läuft, möchte ich das Zimmer untervermieten.
Ich freue mich auf eure Anfragen!
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er WG im Studentenwohnheim in der Eppelheimer Straße 52 und ist gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Die Uni und die DHBW sind gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Der HBF und die S-Bahnstation HD-Pfaffengrund Wieblingen sind ca 15-20 Gehminuten entfernt (7 Min mit der Tram) . Kaufland ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke
Da ich die Mietdauer über meine Praxisphase in Hannover verbringe, wäre es gut, wenn du über die ganze Mietdauer Zeit hättest (bitte nicht davon abschrecken lassen. Im Zweifel trotzdem bitte anschreiben ;) ist kein Ausschlusskriterium ) .
Der Mietpreis beträgt 210€ mit allem drum und dran. Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Internet, Müll etc.
Besichtigungen können gerne durchgeführt werden.
Parkplätze sind vor der Tür vorhanden.
Es wird einen offiziellen Untermietvertrag vom Studierendenwerk Heidelberg geben.
