The room is on the ground floor with a large south facing window (great for house plants!). It comes furnished with a desk, chair, closet and bookshelf as you can see in the photos. A very interesting feature is a sink with a shelf and a mirror (to keep those house plants regularly watered ;) ) and rumor has it that it was a dentist's office before.
Within a kilometer of the house you will find: a GP, a bakery, two banks, a butcher, a lawyer's office, a hairdresser, an Italian restaurant - and a bus stop for the 34
Netto and Kaufland are the closest supermarkets, about 8-10 minutes by foot each. RNV 22 is also reachable with an 8 minute walk and it takes you straight to Bismarkplatz.
Not far from the house there is a nice jogging track and other green areas to explore as well.
Your new flat mates will be: Marcel who's doing his teaching internship (is that how a Referenderiat would be translated?) and makes great (intended) puns; Bertille, an engineer who loves pasta and can't live without good cheese, and Jan who is finishing his engineering degree and is passionate about sustainable energy.
The fifth room is also available from 15.02 and has roughly the same specifications (let us know if you'd consider the other room as well! We'll put an ad up for it shortly).
During the week everyone is very, very busy but always around for a quick catch up in the kitchen. Off and on we plan to cook together, or order from our neighborhood restaurants and play card games etc. We like to joke around a lot but also frequently end up in very serious discussions. Oh, and we put up with the lockdown very well as a WG so our social cohesion standards are pretty high.
