Teilweise möbliert großes und helles Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss in rohrbach, Zimmer ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank (kommt bereits mit dem Zimmer) 2 Nachttische und 2 Bürostühle (die mir gehören und kann sie zu einem günstigen Preis zu verkaufen!) eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, ein komplettes Bad und eine Toilette, Waschmaschine in der Küche und Wifi-Router im Zimmer (Sie werden nie Probleme mit der Internetverbindung haben haha) plus, das Zimmer ist das größte in der Wohnung!
Die Bilder, die gezeigt werden, waren natürlich vor der Einrichtung, aber da ich ausziehe, gibt es hier und da etwas Unordnung, aber wenn Sie interessiert sind, hinterlassen Sie bitte eine Nachricht und wir können einen Termin vereinbaren!
Der Zusatz besagt, dass das Zimmer am 1. August zur Verfügung steht, aber es ist möglich, es frühestens am 25. Juli zu arrangieren

Partly furnished large and bright bedroom in groundfloor in rohrbach, room is furnished with bed, writing table, closet (already comes with the room) 2 nightstands and 2 office chairs (that belong to me and can sell them at a cheap price!)
The apartment has a fully functional kitchen, one complete bathroom and one toilet, washing machine in the kitchen and wifi router in the room (you'll never haver internet connection problems haha) plus, the room is the biggest one in the apartment!
The pictures that are shown were before they were furnished, naturally, but since I'll be moving out, there is some mess here and there, but if you're interested, please leave a message and we can arrange a meeting!
The add says that the room will be available the 1st of august, but it is possible to arrange it at earliest, the 25 of july.

die wohnung liegt in der nähe von verschiedenen bushaltestellen und einer straßenbahnhaltestelle, alle innerhalb von ein bis zwei blocks entfernt. sie können den bahnhof in 12 bis 15 minuten erreichen und den bismarckplatz in 15 (mehr oder weniger) alles ist in der nähe der wohnung, sie haben netto und eine sparkassenfiliale 2 blocks entfernt mit einem café daneben, und ein Kaufland eine haltestelle entfernt mit der straßenbahn

the apartment is near various bus stops and a tram stop, all within one to two blocks away. you can arrive at the train station in 12 to 15 minutes and to the bismarckplatz in 15 (more or less) everything is near the apartment, you have netto and a sparkasse office 2 blocks away with a café next to it, and a Kaufland one stop away taking the tram

Das Leben ist recht einfach, drei der Bewohner sind Arbeiter, die im Grunde den ganzen Tag arbeiten, so dass man keine Störungen hört, die letzte Person ist ein SRH-Student, der auch in der SRH ist oder in seinem Zimmer bleibt und studiert, es gibt keinen offiziellen Reinigungsplan, wir putzen, wenn wir die Sachen nicht mehr brauchen. Die Küche wird nur von 2 Personen benutzt, während die Arbeiter ihre eigenen Geräte in ihrem Zimmer haben, also gehört die Küche im Grunde Ihnen!
Es ist toll, wenn Sie Zeit für sich selbst haben wollen und auf dem Zimmer (das die größte in der ganzen Wohnung ist), da niemand es stört! Also, wenn Sie Ihren Raum und Zeit schätzen, könnte dies Ihr ideales Zimmer sein!

life is quite simple, 3 of the people living there are workers who are basically all day working so you won't hear any disturbances, the last person is a SRH student that that also te ds to be at the SRH or stays in his room studying, there is no official cleaning schedule, we clean things when we finish using stuff. The kitchen is only used by 2 people, while the workers have their own appliances in their room, so the kitchen is basically yours!
It's great if you want to have time for yourself and be on the room (which is the biggest in the whole apartment) since no one will mind it!. So, if you value your space and time, this might be your ideal room!

die einzige Bedingung ist, dass Sie die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche nach der Nutzung sauber halten müssen, das ist im Grunde alles von unserer Seite :)
