Das hier angebotene Zimmer hat einen tollen Blick ins Grüne und bietet viel Platz, sowie einen Balkon, der mit dem WG-Mitbewohner geteilt wird. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett und Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Regal, große Kommode, Schreibtisch & Schreibtischstuhl sowie Schreibtischlampe. Das Badezimmer ist frisch saniert und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Nur 13 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten Bus- & Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die in wenigen Minuten Richtung Innenstadt & Universität führen. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Internet individuell oder nach Absprache mit den anderen WG-Bewohnern. Miete 460 Euro pro Monat (inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Strom). Kaution: 690,- Euro.  Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

In der selben Wohnung stehen zum 01.08.2024 (spätestens ab 01.09.2024) zwei weitere Zimmer zur Miete zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls komplett möbliert.

Renovated room (20 m2) in shared apartment with a total of 4, completely furnished in Heidelberg Rohrbach for renting. The apartment is at top floor and has a modern kitchen for fellow cooking included. The offered room here has a nice view into the green and offers a lot of space as well as a balcony that is shared with one of the flatmates. The room is furnished with a double bed with a mattress, closet, mirror, a shelf, a dresser, a desk, a chair and a desk lamp. The bathroom is freshly renovated and offers a bath tub. Only 13 minutes walking distance to the bus and tram stop, which brings you within a few minutes to the inner city center of Heidelberg and to the old University. Washing machine is present and can be used. Internet is arranged individually or in agreement with the other students. The rent is 460,- Euro per month with all costs (water, heating, electricity, etc.) already inclusive. The deposit is 690,- Euro. No pets allowed.

In the same flat are two more rooms for renting available from the 01.10.2023. Also completely furnished.

Das Wohnhaus befindet sich im idyllischen Stadtteil Heidelberg-Rohrbach in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit insgesamt 7 Parteien am Hang in ruhiger Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind schöne Spazierwege. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie diverse Cafés, Restaurants und Eisdielen sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, sowie Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die innerhalb weniger Minuten direkt ins Stadtzentrum und zur Universität führen.

Diese WG hat derzeitig drei studierende Mitbewohner. Ein persönliches Kennenlernen kann gegebenenfalls zum Besichtigungstermin stattfinden.

In der WG liegt es in der gemeinsamen Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung und Pflege des Wohnraums zu sorgen. Deshalb gibt es einen Putzplan. Die Aufteilung des Putzplans obliegt den Studierenden.

Rauchen in den Zimmern ist nicht erlaubt. Die Sanierung & Renovierung der Wohnung hat erst im März 2023 stattgefunden. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit: Doppelbett, Matratze, Matratzenschoner, Ganzkörper-Spiegel, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Schreibtischlampe, Kleiderschrank und Regal.

Küche voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck & Kochtöpfen. Die Waschmaschine, sowie Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Wäsche befinden sich im Waschkeller.

Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
