The room is part of the student hall residences in Heidelberg. It is big and it has been extra furnished with curtains, carpets, a new office chair and a weight lifting machine (my bike will be also available) for all your comfort as you can see in the pictures. Please send me an introduction about yourself and a potential date/time for the room visit.
IMPORTANT:
1. The room can be subleted ONLY to enrolled students at Heidelberg.
2. The rent would be 308 EUR (cold rent) + 142 EUR (extra furniture) = 450 EUR/month

It is located in Holbeinring, and by tram 23 and 24 is possible to reach the hot spots in Heidelberg. It has a quiet location surrounded by many things to do. There is a big REWE and Aldi supermarkets nearby, as well as the Boulder Haus. It is perfect for someone new to the city while searching for long-term accommodation.
My flatmates are friendly and available for talks but unfortunately most of the time all of us are busy because of our studies.
I am a second-year PhD student in Heidelberg and moving for an internship in Italy. That's why I am searching for someone who wants to take care of my belongings fro 6 months.
