Da ich eine Unterkunft vom Studierendenwerk bekam, musste ich meinen Vertrag kündigen und habe daher nicht dort gewohnt.
Die Wohnfläche der Zimmer beträgt 13 qm2.
Die Wohnfläche der Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, Flur) beträgt ca. 25qm.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es verfügt über einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, Regale, einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl.
Die Monatswarmmiete beträgt 390€ und enthält Nebenkosten inklusive Heizung, Wasser, Kabelanschluss, Grundsteueranteil, Gemeinkosten des Hauses sowie Festnetztelefon und Internet.
Es stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung.
Die Haltestelle Freiburger Str. ist 4 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da fahren die 23, 24, und 33. Man braucht 25 min ins Feld und 15 min zum Bismarkplatz. Man kann auch alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Es handelt sich um eine WG von 4 Personen, in der Studenten bzw. Personen in dem Alter wohnen.
