WG is located in Rohrbach in Konstanzer Str. 4 and is only 5 minutes away from the tram stop Freiburger Straße (lines 23, 24, 29, 33). It is located on the second floor of a residential block and is in good condition, there is an elevator and staircase. There are numerous shops, e.g. Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, which are within a 10-minute walk. From here you need about 15-20 min by bike. By train you arrive in 15 minutes at Bismarckplatz or at the main railway station.

Die WG liegt in Rohrbach in der Konstanzer Str. 4 und liegt nur 5 min entfernt von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Freiburger Straße (Linien 23, 24, 29, 33). Sie befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Wohnblocks und ist in gutem Zustand, es gibt einen Aufzug und Treppenhaus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche z.B. Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi welche in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar sind. In die Altstadt braucht man von hier aus ca. 15-20 min mit dem Fahrrad. Mit der Bahn kommt man in 15min an den Bismarckplatz oder an den Hauptbahnhof.

The WG inhabitants are:
Valentin: The early riser in our WG. It is often found in the kitchen and always have for a game night. He makes a lot of sport (including karate) and always goes by bike to the Neuenheimer Feld where he studies medicine.
Mara: She is a super mix of cosiness and sport. Her hobbies include visiting the gym, going to dance or reading books and studying psychology.
Sophie: Always good mood and open-minded. You can talk to her about everything and if you want to even in Spanish. They are also encountered very often in the kitchen and even until late in the night. She is also busy studying psychology.
Mara: Our second Mara is also frequently encountered and it is always involved in spontaneous actions with the WG. She studies primary education and cooks and bakes her in her free time. Together with Johanna, she has contributed a lot to the embellishment of our WG.
Johanna: Lastly, we still have Johanna, who is also a very productive person. She studies a combination of philosophy and psychology. In her spare time she likes to have sports and is for spontaneous actions.

Die WG-Bewohner sind:
Valentin: Der Frühaufsteher in unserer WG. Er ist häufig in der Küche anzutreffen und immer für einen Spieleabend zu haben. Er macht viel Sport (unter anderem Karate) und fährt immer mit dem Fahrrad ins Neuenheimer Feld wo er Medizin studiert.
Mara: Sie ist ein super Mix aus Gemütlichkeit und Sport. Zu ihren Hobbys gehören unter anderem das Gym zu besuchen, tanzen zu gehen oder Bücher zu lesen und das alles während sie Psychologie studiert.
Sophie: Immer gut gelaunt und weltoffen. Mit ihr kann man über alles reden und wenn man möchte sogar auf Spanisch. Man trifft sie ebenfalls sehr oft in der Küche an und das sogar bis spät in die Nacht. Auch sie ist nebenher fleißig am Psychologie studieren.
Mara: Auch unsere zweite Mara trifft man häufig an und sie ist immer bei spontanen Aktionen mit der WG dabei. Sie studiert Grundschullehramt und in ihrer Freizeit kocht und backt sie gerne. Zusammen mit Johanna hat sie schon vieles zur Verschönerung unser WG beigetragen.
Johanna: Zu guter Letzt haben wir noch Johanna die ebenfalls ein sehr produktiver Mensch ist. Sie studiert eine Kombination aus Philosophie und Psychologie. In ihrer Freizeit treibt sie auch gerne Sport und ist für spontane Aktionen zu haben.

We are all quite tidy and like to keep our WG clean. We also like to do something together and often talk to each other in the common kitchen or play something. We've been away together in the evening, but you always have your rest if you want to. So if you think you'll fit us well, write me a message then we can make an appointment for a WG visit.
PS: the landlord only wants to report students only if you are studying.

Wir sind alle recht ordentlich und halten unsere WG gerne sauber. Außerdem unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen und sprechen oft in der gemeinsamen Küche miteinander oder spielen etwas. Wir waren auch schon gemeinsam Abends weg aber man hat auch immer seine Ruhe wenn man das möchte.
