in our beautiful 2nd WG in Rohrbach becomes a room free from 1.07. The apartment is located directly on Rohrbacher Feld, so you can quickly be in nature and the location is generally nicely quiet. Nevertheless, you get shopping and the ÖPNV super fast. The kitchen is almost new and the apartment has everything you need. A balcony with an evening sun, a cellar compartment and an underground parking space are part of the apartment. The rent contains everything.

In short, I am in the last stages of my master thesis and start working as a psychologist in October. Sporty I am a lot and happy to be on my way. On weekends, I'd love to go to the cafe or take something with friends. I don't want a purpose WG, but a harmonious coexistence. For a few joint ventures or cooking evenings I am very open:)

in unserer schönen 2er WG in Rohrbach wird zum 1.07 ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rohrbacher Feld, sodass man schnell in der Natur ist und die Lage generell schön ruhig ist. Trotzdem erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den ÖPNV super schnell. Die Küche ist quasi neu und auch sonst hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht. Ein Balkon mit Abendsonne, ein Kellerabteil sowie ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört zur Wohnung. In der Miete ist alles enthalten.

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin in den letzten Zügen meiner Masterthesis und fange im Oktober an als Psychologin zu arbeiten. Sportlich bin ich viel und gerne unterwegs. An den Wochenenden gehe ich auch liebend gern ins Cafe oder unternehme etwas mit Freunden. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Für ein paar gemeinsame Unternehmungen oder Kochabende bin ich sehr offen :)

Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert übergeben, sodass du die Möglichkeit hast dies frei zu gestalten.
