Cosy room in 4 WG Gemütliches Zimmer in 4er WG

The WG is located in the beautiful Rohrbach in the middle of a lively neighborhood. ☺️
Walking distance you can reach a penny, the post office, a church, several ice cream parlors, a butchery, various restaurants, pharmacies and banks. By bike you need to the Rewe, Aldi and dm just 5 minutes. To the Rohrbach Markt stop you can walk about 8 minutes. In the old town there are by bike approx. 15 minutes, in the field about 20 minutes.
Behind the WG you can also walk super in the forest. 🌳
Directly in front of the WG you can only park with a Rohrbach residence card, not far away are also normal parking spaces.
If we have some craft problems, our neighbours will be happy to help us. 👨

Die WG befindet sich im wunderschönen Rohrbach mitten in einer belebten Nachbarschaft. ☺️
Fußläufig kann man einen Penny, die Post, eine Kirche, mehrere Eisdielen, eine Metzgerei, verschiedene Restaurants, Apotheken und Banken erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zum Rewe, Aldi und dm auch nur 5 Minuten. Zur Haltestelle Rohrbach Markt sind es zu Fuß ca 8 Minuten. In die Altstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten, ins Feld sind es ca. 20 Minuten.
Hinter der WG kann man auch super im Wald spazieren gehen. 🌳
Direkt vor der WG kann man nur mit einem Rohrbach-Bewohnerausweis parken, nicht weit entfernt sind auch normale Parkplätze.
Sollten wir mal handwerkliche Probleme haben, helfen uns unsere Nachbarn gerne weiter. 👨‍🔧

Hallöchen, I'm Lena, 23 years old and studying psychology. I like to do yoga and go to the gym. For nice kitchen talks while cooking and baking, I always have to, but also sometimes need time for me. Otherwise, I like to shop second hand, take care of my plants 🪴 and interest me very much for art.

I am Felix, 26 years old and I am studying digital education for sustainable development in the fifth Master semester at PH. In my free time, I am still active in other sports, like jogging and swimming, but I am not too bad to try something new and always with spontaneous plans. I often meet when cooking 🍜 and feed in the kitchen and if not, you will probably catch me watching the series.

Hey, I'm Sammy (m/23) and started in October as a sales manager for the Rhein Neckar food retail sector.
While it takes a lot of time right now, it does not prevent me from living out my sympathetic side. For a common meal, a chat in the kitchen or in the hallway I always have. I like to exchange with others about their interests, courses and views and look forward to exciting discussions.
For my compensation, I like to ride sports, especially tennis🎾, walk in nature or meet with other people in cozy cafes or a nice game evening.

Zwar nimmt das im Moment viel von meiner Zeit ein, das hindert mich aber nicht daran meine gesellige Seite auszuleben. Für ein gemeinsames Essen, ein Plausch in der Küche oder auch im Flur bin ich immer zu haben.
