Super cheap flatshare in Rohrbach (Warmmiete)

If you are looking for an extra cheap accomodation, with convenient public transport access and don't mind having the small ergonomical inconvenience of sharing a room, you would not need to look further! The Warmmiete (the rent itself, electricity, water, internet etc) will only cost you 167€!


LOCATION & ACCESS
The WG is situated near Freiburgerstraße, Rohrbach. A Netto is reachable within 8 minutes walking distance, and there is a large shopping complex that consist of Rewe, Aldi, and DM within ~15 minutes walking distance. The nearest bus halte is the Freiburgerstraße Haltestelle, where the 33 comes every 30 minutes. 200 meter from the apartment is the Freiburgerstraße Tram Halte, the 21, 23 and 24 stop there, which will take you to Bismarckplatz in ~10 minutes.

INSIDE THE FLATSHARE
- In general
The flatshare is located on the second floor of an apartment building. The landlady, a super nice grandma, is living in the same apartment, but the section that is used as the flatshare is separated and you won't likely meet her frequently.

- The Bedroom
Now, kind of the "hard-truth"; you will share the room with 2 more people. There is a bunk bed to be installed, and a separate bed (the king bed in picture is going to be removed soon). There is also a sizeable wardrobe, and a room for one desk. A big window that provides nice evening light and fresh air is also there.

-The Living Room
Adjointed with the kitchen is the living room, a sizeable 3x5 meter living room. Desks, sofa and TVs can be set up here. There is also a big window facing west.

-The Kitchen
The kitchen is small, and has everything you might expect (oven, stove, fridge, microwave etc). Plates, forks, spoons etc comes with the apartment, so yeah, a small plus point I guess.

-The Bathroom
A shower, toilet, sink, all there. Also a small cabinet to hold shampoos etc.

-ETC.
A wash maschine is ready to use in the basement of the apartment. There is also a parking lot for bikes in front of the apartment.

-Around the Apartment
There is a lot of parks, and jogging tracks near the apartmet building. If you are in need of fresh breath of air, or just feeling exhausted from the cramped flat, they are all there.

TYPE OF THE FLATSHARE-LIVING
Well, because the room is going to be shared, daily frequent contacts is of course to be expected, but besides that, there is no special requirements or anything. Party animals, recluse hermits or anything in between is accepted. As many other things, bathroom, storage space, kitchen, fridge will be shared. A simple time-based cleaning schedule might be set-up later.
