Ich suche eine Nachmieterin oder Untermieterin für mein tolles 20qm möbliertes WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim. Die Wohnung liegt auf der 3. Etage von Holbeinring 29, ist eine 4er WG, hat gemeinsame Küche, eine Toilette mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster. Aus einem Fenster sieht man den kleinen Park mitten im Studentenwohnbezirk. Aus dem anderen Fenster sieht man einen Sportplatz hinter dem Studentenwohnheim.
Im Zimmer gibt es fünf eingebaute Schränke, die genug Platz für Ihre Lagerung bieten. Ein Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl und ein Bett mit einer Matratze stehen zudem zur Verfügung.
Das Bad und die Küche benutzen Sie zusammen mit den Mitbewohnerinnen.

I am looking for a new tenant for my great 20m2 furnished room in the student dormitory. The apartment is on the 3rd floor at Holbeinring 29, is a 4-person flat share, has a shared kitchen, a toilet with a shower and a bathtub. The roommates are very, very nice and helpful.
The room has two large windows. From a window you can see the small park in the middle of the student housing area. From the other window you can see a sports field behind the student dormitory.
There are five built-in closets in the room that provide enough space for your storage. A desk with a chair and a bed with a mattress are also available.
You need to share the bathroom and kitchen with your roommates.

Rohrbach befindet sich südlich der Altstadt. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen kann man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichen. (Bushaltestelle: Saarstraße oder Straßenbahnhaltestellen: Eichendorffplatz oder Rohrbach Markt) Von diesen Haltestellen gibt es Direktverbindung in die Altstadt und zum Campus ins Neuenheimer Feld. Mit Straßenbahn fährt man ca. 10 Minuten zum Bismarckplatz oder zum HD Hauptbahnhof.
Aldi, Rewe, DM, Penny und Lidl sind weniger als 1km vom Wohnheim entfernt.

Rohrbach is located to the south of Altstadt. Bus and tram stops can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. (Bus stop: Saarstraße or tram stops: Eichendorffplatz or Rohrbach Markt) There are direct connections to the old town and to the campus in Neuenheimer Feld from these stops. It takes about 10 minutes by tram to go to Bismarckplatz or HD Hauptbahnhof.
Aldi, Rewe, DM, Penny and Lidl are less than 1km away from the dormitory.

Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr nett und freundlich. Alle können Englisch sprechen. Die Küche ist sehr groß und gut geeignet für das Zusammenkochen.
