We are looking for a new tenant from the beginning of July. We are a mixed sex household, and want to retain balance of two male and two female residents, so we're looking for a woman.
We're a mixture of postgrad, post-doc, and working-age people, so are looking for someone at least 25 years old, with a chilled, empathic nature.
The house is both pleasant and a good size: Downstairs there's a well equipped kitchen with two fridges, microwave, hob, cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine, a downstairs toilet, living room with dining table, and a truly splendid south facing sun terrace. Upstairs is a large, recently refurbished bathroom with shower.
There are two tenants' bedrooms downstairs, and two upstairs, so things never feel particularly crowded. You will be taking one of the downstairs bedrooms. The room is already furnished with a bed and cupboard space, and is east-facing, so cooler in the summer months, with a nice view of Panoramastrasse and the woods.

Wir suchen ab Anfang Juli einen Nachmieter. Wir sind ein gemischtgeschlechtlicher Haushalt und möchten das Gleichgewicht von zwei männlichen und zwei weiblichen Bewohnern halten, also suchen wir eine Frau.
Wir sind eine Mischung aus Postgraduierten, Postdocs und Menschen im erwerbsfähigen Alter, also suchen wir jemanden, der mindestens 25 Jahre alt ist und eine entspannte, empathische Art hat.
Das Haus ist angenehm und hat eine gute Größe: Unten gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken, Mikrowelle, Herd, Herd, Geschirrspüler und
Waschmaschine, eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss, ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und eine wirklich herrliche Sonnenterrasse in Südlage. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes, kürzlich renoviertes Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer für Mieter im Erdgeschoss und zwei im Obergeschoss, sodass sich die Dinge nie besonders überfüllt anfühlen. Sie werden eines der Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss einnehmen. Das Zimmer ist bereits mit Bett und Schrank ausgestattet und nach Osten ausgerichtet, daher in den Sommermonaten kühler, mit schönem Blick auf die Panoramastraße und den Wald.
