Das Zimmer ist super zum Wohlfühlen und Arbeiten. Wenn ich früh aufstehe, öffne ich meine großen Fenster und setze mich auf den dahinter liegenden Balkon, um einen Kaffee zu trinken. Am Schreibtisch am Fenster lässt sich mit dem zweiten Bildschirm top arbeiten. Das Bett ist gemütlich auf Bodenhöhe und in den zwei Sesseln lässt es sich gut abhängen. Das Zimmer ist außerdem so groß, dass sich Körpergewichts-Workouts drinnen machen lassen. Durch die eingebauten Jalousien kann man sich abends gut zurückziehen. Wenn ich nachmittags aus der Stadt heimkehre, scheint die Nachmittagssonne schön auf den Balkon vor dem Zimmer. Wenns zu heiß wird, werden die Sonnensegel hochgezogen.

The room is super to feel comfortable and work. When I get up early, I open my large windows and sit on the balcony behind to drink a coffee. The desk by the window is great for working with the second screen. The bed is comfortable at floor level and the two armchairs are great for hanging out. The room is also large enough to do bodyweight workouts indoors. The built-in blinds make it easy to retreat in the evenings. When I return home from the city in the afternoon, the afternoon sun shines nicely on the balcony in front of the room. When it gets too hot, the awnings are pulled up.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Rohrbacher Markt. 2 Minuten Fußweg zu Bussen und Straßenbahn. Bis zum zentralen Verkehrsknotenpunkt Bismarckplatz / Altstadt sind es auf diesem Weg 15 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof dauert es ebenfalls 15 Minuten. Mit Fahrrad sind beide Orte in 10-20 Minuten erreichbar, je nach Tempo.
Am Rohrbacher Markt befinden sich mehrere Bäckereien, Döner, Pizza und ein Penny. Rewe, Aldi, Teegut und DM sind mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten entfernt.
Zu Fuß läuft es sich sehr entspannt
auf die grünen Berge in Heidelberg. Rohrbach ist ein freundliches Viertel.
The apartment is located directly at the Rohrbacher Markt. 2 minutes walk to buses and trams.
To the central traffic junction Bismarckplatz/Altstadt it is 15 minutes on this way, to the main station it also takes 15 minutes. By bike, both places can be reached in 10-20 minutes, depending on the pace.
At Rohrbacher Markt there are several bakeries, doner kebab, pizza and a Penny. Rewe, Aldi, Teegut and DM are 5 minutes away by bike.
Walking is very relaxing to the green mountains in Heidelberg. Rohrbach is a friendly neighborhood.
Wir (Jakob, Johannes und Kevin) schätzen ein entspanntes Zusammenleben und treffen uns meist in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Durch die Verbundenheit der Wohnung, leben wir nicht aneinander vorbei. Wir alle beschäftigen uns in unseren aktuellen/vergangenen/zukünftigen Berufen mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen.
Wir putzen einmal im Monat, in der Küche spülen wir abwechselnd alle ein/zwei Tage. Dadurch, dass wir offen miteinander über alles sprechen können, sind wir sehr flexibel im Umgang.
We (Jakob, Johannes and Kevin) appreciate a relaxed life together and usually meet in the kitchen or on the balcony. Because of the connectedness of the apartment, we don't live past each other. We all deal with people from different approaches in our current/past/future jobs.
We clean once a month, in the kitchen we take turns washing dishes every one/two days. Because we can talk openly with each other about anything, we are very flexible in our interactions.
