Ein großes Zimmer im Studierendenwohnheim frei zur Untermiete für den März. Dieses Angebot kann interessant sein für Studis, die nach Heidelberg umziehen möchten aber noch kein Zimmer gefunden haben. Ihr könnt dann dieses Zimmer mieten und weiterhin vor Ort suchen.
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und im Zimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bett mit Matratze und mehrere Schränke. Bad und Küche sind werden auch von zwei weiteren Mitbewohnerinnen benutzt. Es gibt einen Putzplan, woran ihr euch halten solltet.
In der Miete sind schon die Kosten fürs Wasser und Strom mit eingerechnet. Rundfunkbeitrag musst ihr aber noch dazu bezahlen.
Für den Vertrag musst ihr Personalausweis bzw. Aufenhaltstitel, Reisepass, und einen Nachweis was ihr so macht (Nachweis für einen Sprachkurs, oder Immatrikulationsbescheinigung etc.).

A large room in the student residence available for subletting in March. This offer can be interesting for students who would like to move to Heidelberg but have not yet found a room. You can then rent this room and continue to search locally.
The room is large and bright and in the room there is a desk, chair, bed with mattress and several cupboards. The bathroom and kitchen are also used by two other flatmates. There is a cleaning plan that you should stick to.
The rent already includes the costs for water and electricity. But you still have to pay the broadcasting fee.
For the contract, you must have your identity card or residence permit, passport, and proof of what you are doing (proof of a language course, or certificate of enrollment, etc.).
