Sehr helles Zimmer mit 2 großen Fenstern , stilvoll mit Holzfensterläden. Schöner Dielenboden wie in der ganzen Wohnung. Das Zimmer hat ca 16 m2 und grenzt direkt an das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer (Das bisher auch für einige Möbel der momentanen Bewohnerin Platz gefunden hat).
Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem besagtes Wohnzimmer inklusive Couch, mein Zimmer, ein kleines Abstellzimmer, eine moderne Küche und ein schnuggeliges Bad. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen aber feinen Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Garten (der mitbenutzt werden kann).
Very bright room with two big windows facing the backyard with wooden shutters. Nice wooden floor as in the whole flat. The room is approx 16 m2 and is next to the shared living room (which was also used for some furniture of the current flatmate).
Besides, the flat consists of the mentioned living room, my room, a small storage room, a modern kitchen and a nice bathroom. We also have a small balcony facing the garden (which we can also use for BBQ etc)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der schönen Südstadt. Die Straßenbahn ist 2 Minuten entfernt mit super Anbindung zum Bismarckplatz und ins Neuenheimer Feld. Mit dem Fahrrad ist beides in 8-12 Minuten erreichbar. Großer Pluspunkt Sonntags ist der Bäcker direkt gegenüber.
Ein neuer moderner Tegut Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Rewecenter in Rohrbach ist auch in 10 Fahrradminuten zu erreichen.
The flat is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Südstadt (between Weststadt and Rohrbach). Tram station is two minutes away with good connection to Bismarckplatz and Neuenheimer Feld. Both is reachable by nike in 8-12 minutes. Bakery is just next door.A brand new Tegut supermarket is 5 minutes by foot, Rewecenter in Rohrbach is reachable within 10 minutes by bike.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.05 verfügbar, wahrscheinlich wäre auch ein früherer Einzug möglich.
Miete ist pauschal + Internet und GEZ. Für die Waschmaschine und ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände fällt noch eine Ablöse von 50 € an. Außerdem können ein Bett und ein Nachttisch übernommen werden (ca 50€).
