Die WG liegt im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einer Nebenstraße der Südstadt. Das Zimmer ist etwa 17qm groß, sehr hell, ruhig und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Garten mit einer großen Fensterfront. Vom Zimmer aus hat man Zugang zu unserem großen Balkon, der auch von der Küche und einem weiteren Zimmer aus betreten werden kann. Der darunterliegende Garten kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden. Das Zimmer wird vor dem Einzug gestrichen und wir freuen uns auf eine/n neue/n Bewohner/in für mindestens ein Jahr. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt – Waschmaschine, ausgestattete Küche usw. Ein wirklicher Luxus sind die zwei Bäder (ein Gäste-WC und ein vollausgestattetes Bad mit Badewanne).
The flat share is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a side street of Südstadt. The room is about 17sqm, very bright, quiet and has a beautiful view of the garden with a large window front. From the room you have access to our large balcony, which can also be accessed from the kitchen and another room. The garden below can also be shared. The room will be painted before moving in and we are looking forward to a new resident for at least one year. Otherwise, everything you need is available - washing machine, equipped kitchen, etc. A real luxury are the two bathrooms (one guest toilet and one fully equipped bathroom with bathtub).
Die Wohnung liegt am Ende der Südstadt von Heidelberg. Um die Ecke ist ein Tegut und die Bäckerei Görtz (2 Minuten Fußweg). Ebenfalls keine 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rheinstraße. Von dort aus fährt man etwa 10 min zum Bismarktplatz und 10 min zum Bahnhof. Solltest Du ein Auto haben ist die Parkplatzsuche auch kein Problem – es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.
Gerade in Zeite von Corona ist es besonders schön, den Wald fußläufig keine 5 Minuten entfernt zu haben. In etwa einer halben Stunde kann man bei einem Waldspaziergang den Ehrenfriedhof mit dem wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt erreichen :)
The apartment is located at the end of the Südstadt of Heidelberg. Around the corner is a Tegut and the bakery Görtz (2 minutes walk). Also less than 2 minutes walk away is the streetcar stop Rheinstraße. From there it takes about 10 minutes to Bismarktplatz and 10 minutes to the train station. If you have a car, finding a parking space is no problem - there are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the building.
Especially in time of Corona it is very nice to have the forest within 5 minutes walking distance. In about half an hour you can take a walk in the forest to Ehrenfriedhof with the beautiful view over the city :)
Wir sind insgesamt zu viert in der WG (also drei Mitbewohner/innen plus das Zimmer was frei wird) und größtenteils berufstätig. Wir sitzen gerne mal abends bei einem Glas Wein zusammen, veranstalten Spieleabende oder gehen auch am Wochenende mal ins Grüne. Generell ist es aber unter der Woche eher ruhig, da nur Piet von zu Hause aus arbeitet.
There are four of us in the shared flat (three flatmates plus the room that becomes free) and most of us work. We like to sit together in the evening with a glass of wine, organize game nights or go out into the countryside on the weekend. Generally, it is rather quiet during the week, because only Piet works from home.
Gegebenenfalls können auch ein paar Möbel im Zimmer verbleiben (Bett, Schrank & Regal), das müsste dann individuell geklärt werden.
