Hi all, i’m leaving the wonderful flatshare after more than a year living there to get my own apartment. The flatshare is composed of 3 rooms, the offered one is the biggest in size. It has 2 big windows that offer a beautiful view over the mountain and is not blocked by any buildings. The sun shines from one window of the room but im case you want you can roll down the blinds and get total darkness.
The flatshare is well located, 4 minutes on foot from tram that takes you to the city. By bike you could reach bismarckplatz in 10 minutes.
The flatshare is composed of Mainy, a video design student very calm and clean. Yassine an architect working on a daily basis and rarely at home, also calm and clean and very energetic. He is always down for a drink in the altstadt and going out.
The cost in total overall is 400 euros and includes all the charges and no additional cost is to be expected. The existing furniture cost is of 300 euros for the fridge and some existing equipement. Some of the furniture can taken over if wanted but not necessarly.
