Room description. Central heating which can be regulated. Furnished or not. We could discuss the price of the furniture together. Most of the furniture is from IKEA and 2 months old: bed, 2 matresses, wardrobe, 4 bookshelves (1 big, 3 small), desk, table, small table on wheels, chair, desk lamp.
Flat description. Ground floor. 70 m² of shared space. Corridor: 2 shared fridges with congelators. Well-equiped kitchen: hotplate, oven, microwave, washing machine, boiler, coffee machine and all needed equipment for cooking and eating. Bathroom with shower and sink. Toilet with sink.
Situated in a restored old building with other shared flats, in a calm and well-placed WestStadt district. Bicycle parking in the inner court. Tramway is in 2 minutes, city-centre - 15 minutes, INF – 30 minutes of walking distance. Supermarket, Bauhaus, international groceries, cafés and restaurants are in 5-10 minutes of walking distance. DM and commercial centers are in 15 minutes of walking distance or 5 minutes by tramway.
Shared with 4 more people. Now, there are 3 Germans (German and English speaking) and 1 Swiss (German, English and French speaking). I will show you the flat then, you will talk to the flatmates. If you are interested in moving in, they will decide if they want you as their new flatmate. The flat rules are established when you move in. Generally, everybody lives the way they want respecting everyone’s privacy. There is a WatsApp group for discussing flat organisation matters. 50€ payed monthly by everyone also serve to buy new equipment for the shared space if something is broken.
