I would like to rent my furnished room for 10 months (Zwischenmiete) during my stay in abroad. There is 1 double bed, 1 ikea sofa (bed) for your guests, wardrobes, table, chair, regal etc. It's on the top floor of a renovated building. There can be also possibility to stay longer after Jan 2021 if I prolong my stay in abroad. Goethe Str is just behind Bauhaus on Poststrasse. The location is just perfect, 3 min.s to Bismarkcplatz and 10 min.s to Heidelberg Hbf by walking. Tram stops are 2 min.s away. Penny, Aldi and Rewe are close by in a few minutes on foot.
Our WG friendship is quite nice. We like to chat and arrange WG abends sometimes. Helping, sharing, and enjoying together. Not a big party type of WG though, you can organise small parties with bunch of your friends that can fit into our kitchen. If you wanna take a rest or study in your room, you will be also fine. If you wanna go for a small chat you can meet your WG friends in the kitchen. You can enjoy your privacy in your calm and cosy room as well.
We have two bathrooms and one kitchen to share. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. We have Wi-Fi in all rooms. Everything is included to the rent.
