Meine Wohnung muss ich aus beruflichen Gründen leider verlassen. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der Weststadt, mit Holzboden, in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, zu Fuß nur 10 Min entfernt von Bismarckplatz.
Mein Zimmer ist ungefähr 15 qm, aber wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer separaten Küche, einem Badezimmer und Klo separat, und 2 Balkonen. Es ist optimal ausgestattet. Für meine Möbel, die gemeinsam genutzt werden, sind anteilig 45€ fällig. In meinem Zimmer würde ich den Schrank für 100€ lassen, und vielleicht noch einen Regal (müssen wir noch besprechen)
Mein Mitbewohner heißt Puja, er ist vor kurzem eingezogen und ist Arzt an der Uniklinik. In der WG wird viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt.
Über das WG-Leben: Dein Mitbewohner ist ein aufgeschlossener Mensch, der auch mal ruhigere Zeiten schätzt (nach einem Dienst o.ä.). Gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie Kochen, von Bar zu Bar ziehen oder Brettspiele spielen werden gerne unternommen.

EN: I must sadly leave Heidelberg. My flat is a really nice flat, right in the middle of the Weststadt, 10 min by foot from Bismarckplatz, and 5min from the bus and tram stops. The street is really quiet.
My room is about 15 m2, and we have a big living room, a kitchen fully equiped, a bathroom (with a bathtub) and toilets in another room AND 2 balconies. I ask 100 € for the big wardrobe in my bedroom (and maybe some shelves) and 45€ for the furniture in the other rooms that can be seen on the pictures and that will stay (I will move out with the rest of the furniture in my bedroom).
My flatmate is an easy-going person, who also like to have a quiet place when he comes back from work for example. He works at the hospital as a medic. It is really important for him to have a clean and tidy place. He is open for cooking together, having a drink or playing board games together.
