Room in a 4 people WG

Centrally located in Weststadt with 5 grocery stores within a maximum
of 5 minutes walking distance (Denn's, Penny, Aldi, Edeka, and Rewe).
Tram and bus stops within 2 minutes by foot will get you anywhere you
need to go. Great area and super nice neighborhood. We are only a 5
minute bike ride to the "Altstadt" if you go right, and 5 minutes to
the central train station if you go left ;)

We have a great diversity of people in the WG. We are all fluent in
German and English, with Hebrew and Hindi currently spoken from time
to time. As long as you are fluent in either English or German is fine
with us.

Currently 2 people are leaving the WG (happy circumstances)

We are all easy going, professionally minded people and are looking
for 2 members who sees themselves in a similar way. Important
considerations for living with us is a sense of togetherness and that
includes a common sense of courtesy for one another. The common areas
in the flat are the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms. Your room is your
room. We clean together every two weeks and rotate tasks so it all
evens out. Basic things like taking out the trash/recycling and
keeping a standard level of cleanliness are not worth mentioning here.
We live by the motto "You see it you own it", that means you do what
needs to be done and don't complain about it.

We bought a new washing machine last year and it works like a charm,
there is no dryer but we do have a few clothes hanger racks for
everybody to use (as well as an ironing board). The kitchen is relatively old, but
equipped with everything you need. Lets just say a 3 star Michelin
chef couldn't do much there but for us it's okay ;) There are two
bathrooms, one full (toilet with sink and shower) and the other is a
half (toilet and sink). There are also three fridges in the apartment.
For common WG-items (such as cleaning materials, toilet paper, olive
oil, salt, pepper, etc.), we usually go as a team of two to go buy
what's required and then present the bill to the rest of the crew to be
split up evenly amongst all four. That wraps it up nicely, the rest
you will see when you show up for an in-person or Skype interview.

We are a nice group of people who are pretty independent, but we also
like to hang out here and there. That can mean having a beer, going
for a coffee, or watching a movie.

doing in Heidelberg and anything else you think is worth sharing. We
