Hello everyone,
I am leaving my room which I stayed in 2.5 years happily, due to end of my master .
As you can see from the photos, there is a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves in the room.
There are 2 WC. In the kitchen you can find whatever you need (plates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerators etc.)
Rent is 375 Euro + 10 Euro Wi-fi.
The WG is located in a very central place. It takes only 8 minutes to HBF, 4 minutes to Kaufland by walking. Ringstrasse station is right in front of the house and with line 22 it takes only 4 minutes to Bismarcplatz.
Your roommates will be 3 students.1 from India, 2 from Germany. They respect common living rules. From time to time, they also enjoy spending time together. Any respectful tenant is more than welcome.
The tenant must be a student.
As of April 3, the room is available. The contract can be transferred for those who want to stay longer than 2 months.
Don't hesitate to write or call (via Whats App) between the hours of 11.00am-10.00 pm.
