Ich vermiete ein Zimmer meiner Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung befristet unter, da ich beruflich für mindestes ein Jahr weg.
Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen, kleinen Balkon zur Straße.
Es wäre ein ausziehbare Schlafcouch vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Besteck, Tellern und Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Eein zweiter Balkon hinten raus zum Wäsche aufhängen ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast. Die Küche und die Dusche sind in einem Raum, die Toilette ist in der Wohnung.
I am subletting a room in my two-room flat for a limited period, as I will be away on business for at least a year. There is an option for a second year.
The room has its own small balcony facing the street.
There would be a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, plates and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine and a second balcony out the back for hanging laundry.
The flat is in an old building. The windows are single glazed. The kitchen and the shower are in one room, the toilet is in the flat.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Weststadt. Es sind 3 min zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle, ca. 7 Minuten zur S-Bahn und ca. 10 Min., jeweils zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 15 Minuten in die Altstadt und in das Neuenheimer Feld. Die Haltestelle zum EMBL/Max-Planck-Institut liegt ca. 7 min zu Fuß entfernt.
The flat is located in the middle of the Weststadt. It is 3 minutes to the nearest tram stop, approx. 7 minutes to the S-Bahn and approx. 10 minutes walk to the main station.
By bike it takes about 15 minutes to the old town and to the Neuenheimer Feld. The tram stop to the EMBL/Max-Planck Institute is about 7 minutes away on foot.
Die Wohnung würde nahezu allein genutzt.
The flat would be used almost alone.
