Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind dementsprechend gut zu erreichen. Auch sind sowohl die Altstadt als auch der Campus Neuenheim in ca. 15 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Kaufland in der Nähe bietet eine günstige Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen.
Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof hin. Demensprechend ist es auch Abends ziemlich ruhig. Auch wenn das Zimmer etwas kleiner ist bietet die Wohnung insgesamt sehr viel Platz. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es einen Balkon, sowie ein Wohn- und Esszimmer.
Du würdest mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnerinnen Anahita und Nadja zusammenziehen. Beide befinden sich in unterschiedlichen Abschnitten ihres Studiums uns sind sehr zuvorkommende und humorvolle Personen.
Aufgrund eines halbjährigen Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich mein Zimmer von Anfang September bis Ende Februar. Die Ende des Mietverhätlnisses kann aber auch noch entsprechend Klausurenphasen o.ä. bis Ende März verlängert werden.

The apartment is located near the main train station. The public transportation is accordingly easy to reach. Also, both the old town and the Neuenheim campus can be reached in about 15 min by bike. The Kaufland nearby offers a cheap possibility for shopping.
The room faces the inner courtyard. Accordingly, it is also quite quiet in the evening. Even if the room is a bit smaller, the apartment offers a lot of space. As you can see in the pictures, there is a balcony, as well as a living and dining room.
You would be moving in with my two roommates, Anahita and Nadja. Both are in different stages of their studies and are very accommodating and humorous people.
Due to a six-month stay abroad, I am renting my room from the beginning of September until the end of February. The end of the lease can also be extended according to exam periods or the like until the end of March.
