Vermietet wird ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer Dachgeschosswohnung. Das Zimmer ist mit zwei Fenstern sehr hell und hat eine leichte Dachschräge.
Im Zimmer vorhanden sind ein Bett, ein Schrank und ein Schreibtisch.
Gemeinsame Räume sind das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und eine geräumige Küche mit viel Platz und vielen Pflanzen!
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Weststadt von Heidelberg.
Es gibt eine gute Anbindung an ÖPNV (ca. 1 Minute)
Es sind etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in das Neuenheimer Feld und in die Altstadt.
Der Hauptbahnhof Heidelberg ist etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich bin berufstätig und viel unterwegs. Dennoch freue ich mich auf eine sympathische Mitbewohnerin für Kochabende in der gemeinsamen Küche, gemeinsame sportliche oder kreative Aktivitäten oder einfach Gespräche bei einem Kaffee oder Bier! :)
Die Vermietung des Zimmers ist zunächst bis Ende des Jahres 2022 befristet. Eventuell ist aber auch eine weitere Verlängerung möglich.
