Sehr schönes unmöbliertes Zimmer mit 30 qm, einem Balkon, schönem Holzboden und sehr hohen Decken in renoviertem Altbau. Die Wohnung an sich liegt im ersten Stock. Die Küche ist zwar nicht allzu groß, aber mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und sonstigem sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine eigene Waschmaschine steht in der Wohnung. Wir haben zusätzlich zum normalen Bad noch ein kleines Gäste WC, ansonsten gibt es auch ein Kellerabteil und Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Weststadt. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man innerhalb kurzer Zeit überall hin (5min zum Bahnhof, 10min Bismarckplatz), sowohl zur Uni Altstadt als auch ins Neuenheimer Feld braucht man also nicht lange. In der Nähe sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man kommt auch schnell zur nächsten Straßenbahnstation. Ansonsten ist man von hier aus auch schnell im Grünen. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch das spanische Restaurant direkt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, wenn man mal keine Lust auf selbst kochen hat:)
Wir sind Michelle (20, Medizin im 3.) und Noëlle (22, Jura im 9.). Wir sind beide gerne unter Menschen und wünschen uns daher eine Person, mit der man gut quatschen oder auch mal spontan einen Abend in der WG verbringen kann. Jeder hat aber auch genug Raum für sich, wenn man mal Zeit für sich selbst braucht. Wenn dich unsere WG anspricht, meld dich gerne und schreib kurz etwas zu dir :)
