Hallo,
wir suchen für unsere 4 WG in der Mannheimer Str. eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer hat 17 m² mit einem großen Dachfenster und einer Balkontür. Der Balkon ist ca. 4,5 m² groß und gehört zum Zimmer.
Es ist möbliert mit einem Schrank, einem 2 x 0,9 m Bett (ohne Matratze), einem Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl und ein Bücherregal. Jedes Zimmer hat ein separates Waschbecken.
Es gibt eine separate Dusche und ein separates WC. Die kleine Küche hat noch ein Kühlschrank (ein zweiter kommt noch in die Küche), eine Spüle und ein Herd mit zwei Platten. Ein 4 in 1 Backofen ist auch vorhanden. Und noch Kleingeräte. Die Waschmaschine ist Eigentum der Mieter.
Ein Mitbewohner hat einen Internetanschluss, den kann man mitbenützen, aber halt nicht kostenlos.
Die GEZ-Gebühren 4,95€ kommen noch dazu.
Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und eine Post sind in der Nähe (ca. 2-5 Minuten Fußweg). Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Heidelberg ist zwei Minuten entfernt.
Über das Stauwehr Wieblingen ist man in 10 Minuten im Neunheimer Feld. In 15-20 Minuten ist man in Heidelberg. Mit dem Fahrrad.
Besichtigung Mo-Do. 17 - 19 Uhr nur nach Vereinbarung. Bitte nur per Mail.
