Da ich für einen Monat nach Indien fahre, möchte ich mein Zimmer im April untervermieten.
Das Haus ist groß mit einem Garten hinter dem Haus. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine große Küche mit einem Essbereich.
Die Putzfrau kommt einmal in der Woche und putzt das ganze Haus. Der Besitzer wohnt nebenan und besitzt 4 weitere Häuser am selben Ort. Alle Häuser sind WGs mit Studenten. Alle Gärten sind angeschlossen. Der Ort fühlt sich an wie eine Gemeinschaft. Bisher habe ich mich während der Corona-Zeit nie einsam gefühlt.
Sie werden mit 4 anderen Menschen leben. Alle sind Studierende an der Universität Heidelberg. Wenn Sie Spaß haben möchten, können Sie Zeit in der Küche verbringen. Wenn Sie alleine sein möchten, können Sie in Ihrem Zimmer im ersten Stock wohnen.
Das Haus verfügt über 3 Toiletten und 2 Duschen sowie alle anderen Einrichtungen einschließlich Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine
Wir könnten auch jeden Sonntag die Sauna benutzen. Es gibt auch ein kleines Fitnessstudio, das jederzeit genutzt werden kann.

As I am going to India for a month, I would like to sublet my room in April.
The house is big with a backyard garden. The ground floor has a big kitchen with a dining facility.
The cleaning lady comes once a week and cleans the entire house. The owner lives next door and he owns 4 other houses in the same place. All the houses are WGs with students. All the gardens are attached. The place feels like a community. So far, I never felt lonely during the corona time.
You will live with 4 other people. All of them are students at Heidelberg University. If you want to have fun you can spend time in the kitchen. If you want to be alone you can live in your room on the first floor.
The house has 3 toilets and 2 showers plus all other faculties including a dishwasher, washing machine
We could also use the sauna every Sunday. There is also a small Gym can be used at any time.
