Das Zimmer liegt an einer ruhigen Hausseite und ist klein aber fein. Alles was man für einen Start ins Studentenleben braucht.
Internet und Rundfunkgebühren sind bei uns in den pauschalen Nebenkosten bereits enthalten.
Wir bieten für 50€ Aufpreis eine Möblierung des Zimmers mit Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Bett, Matratze und Schrank an.
On the ground floor of a block of flats with 5 apartments there is a shared flat for 5 students.
Currently 4 rooms are occupied by 2 women and 2 men.

When you enter the flat share, go straight through the kitchen, then turn right past the bathroom to get to the room.
The room is located on a quiet side of the house and is small but nice. Everything you need for a start in student life.
Internet and broadcasting fees are already included in our flat-rate service charges.
We can furnish the room with a chair, desk, bed, mattress and wardrobe for an extra €50.
Das Mehrfamilienhaus bestehend aus fünf Prateien liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in einer Parallelstraße direkt zum Neckar. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Rewe, Bäckereien) und das Wieblinger Stadtzentrum liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Öffntliche Verkehrsanbindungen sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Uni Heidelberg sowie die Innenstadt sind eine Viertelstunde mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
The apartment house consisting of five apartments is located in a quiet residential area in a parallel street to the Neckar. Stores for daily needs (Rewe, bakeries) and the Wieblinger city center are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Public transport connections are within 5 minutes walking distance. The University of Heidelberg as well as the city center are a quarter of an hour away by bike.
In der WG und im Haus herrscht ein wilkommenes Miteinander. Die Bewohner lassen gerne gemeinsam den Tag abends im Hof/Garten ausklingen. Es herrscht ein familiäres Klima bei dem es sehr leicht fällt Anschluss zu finden.
Die WG eigenet sich super für junge Studenten und young professionals - gleichgültig ob Mann oder Frau.
There is a welcoming atmosphere in the flat-sharing community and in the house. The residents like to end the day together in the evening in the courtyard/garden. There is a familiar atmosphere and it is very easy to make friends.
