Yoyo people, just a couple of impo infos for the room. It is already available because my roomie need to come back to Netherlands with super short notice and need to move closer to his job. I and Karl (the 2nd roomie) are glad to meet up people in person or online.
The room is 480 monthly, plus deposit 1000, plus furniture at 250 euros. Apart from those costs, consider the regular TV german tax and the fact that the room is already furnished and we are looking for someone who can take over the furniture, which is new.
