Room
Two rooms and available from April 1st, 2024. Room 1 is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe, desk, chair and a double bed.
Room 2 is equipped with two closets, a single bed, a desk and chair.
Washing machine and beautiful bathtub is in the bathroom. In addition, the bathroom and toilet are separate. We have a large, very well-equipped kitchen, there really is everything you could dream of. (Microwave, oven, stove, Airfryer, Sodastream, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) The rent for both the rooms is €420 (including WiFi, heating, electricity).
Location
We live in Ziegelhausen in a somewhat quieter area. A big plus point is that you can quickly reach the bus station on foot (2 minutes), and a beautiful area of forest can also be reached in just a few minutes. There is an Edeka, pharmacy, bank, doctor, post office, etc. nearby (5-10 minutes on foot). It takes 10-20 minutes by bus to get to the old town and Neuenheimer Feld to the university or university. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the old bridge and about 18 minutes to get to the Mathematicon.
Flat share type
Life in a shared apartment is pretty relaxed and quiet. You share the flat with Marie, who is currently studying American Studies, and Nawres, who is training to become a hotel manager. Both are very cool people, you can always have a nice chat and chat for several hours in the kitchen or in the hallway. We are by no means a shared flat share and are trying to implement more and more joint activities into our shared life. There are usually four of us, but we currently have two rooms available since two of us are moving out.
There is a large kitchen, the dishes and cooking utensils can be used by everyone. We share a fridge and each has a compartment in the freezer.
Miscellaneous
Feel free to write me a short description about yourself (girls only please) and just generally introduce yourself, what you like to do, what you do in Heidelberg and anything else that comes to mind. :)
