Schönes Zimmer in geselliger WG :)

Keine Angst vor Ziegelhausen! Unser wunderschönes Haus befindet sich in bester Lage direkt neben der Neckarbrücke, weshalb wir auch so gut angebunden sind. Auf der anderen Neckarseite (also 5 Minuten zu Fuß) fahren die S-Bahn und etliche Busse in die Stadt, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es auch direkt vor dem Haus. Ein Bus ins Neuenheimer Feld fährt ca. 5 min Fußweg entfernt ab. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man dem hübschen Neckar entlang in 15 Minuten in die Altstadt und 25 Minuten ins Feld. Außerdem ist man in weniger als fünf Minuten im Wald, wo man entspannt spazieren gehen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, etc. sind zudem alle unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es einen Basketballplatz und eine Tischtennisplatte direkt um die Ecke. Der Neckar bietet ebenfalls kleine versteckte Wiesen- Plätze zum entspannend (und baden, wenn man denn möchte).

Don't be afraid of Ziegelhausen! Our beautiful house is in a prime location right next to the Neckar bridge, which is why we are so well connected. On the other side of the Neckar (a 5-minute walk) you can catch the S-Bahn and several buses into the city, and there is also a bus stop right in front of the house. A bus to Neuenheimer Feld leaves about 5 minutes' walk away. You can cycle along the pretty Neckar river to the old town in 15 minutes and to the field in 25 minutes. In less than five minutes you are also in the forest, where you can go for a relaxing walk. Shopping facilities, post office, etc. are all less than 10 minutes' walk away. There is also a basketball court and table tennis table just around the corner. The Neckar also offers small hidden meadow areas for relaxing (and swimming, if you want to).

Wir sind Dachgeschoss zu viert: David (26), Patrick (bald 24), Zofia (25) und ich. David kommt aus Kolumbien, wohnt aber schon lange hier in der WG. Er arbeitet in der Altstadt und liest und schreibt mit viel Begesiterung, hört viel Musik und ist großer Fußball-Fan. Patrick ist aus der Pfalz, Theologie- Student und die Nachteule der WG. Er liebt Essen aller Art, spielt gern diverse (online) Spiele und ist immer für einen spontanten Ausflug oder langen Filmeabend zu haben. Zofia kommt aus Polen und macht in Heidelberg ihren PhD in Astrophysik, backt (zur Freude aller) sehr gerne und lecker und ist immer für einen entspannten Couch-Abend oder einen Karaoke-Abend in der Altstadt zu begeistern.
Insgesamt wohnen hier 15 Bewohner*innen im Haus, auf drei Etagen mit seperaten WGs. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander hier, gehnen nach Zeit, Lust und Laune tanzen, feiern oder spazieren- wonach der Sinn steht. Außerdem kommen oft Freund*innen zu Besuch, um einen entspannten Abend mit der WG zu verbringen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und wollen es auch niemals werden, weshalb uns ein offener, geselliger Umgang miteinander sehr wichtig ist. In der WG ist daher fast immer was los, was aber nicht bedeutet, dass man sich nicht zurückziehen kann, wenn man seine Ruhe braucht.
Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Haufen, in dem alle willkommen sind und man sich gegenseitig wertschätzt und immer zu verstehen versucht.

There are four of us on the top floor: David (26), Patrick (soon to be 24), Zofia (25) and me. David comes from Colombia, but has lived here in the flat share for a long time. He works in the old town and is a keen reader and writer, listens to a lot of music and is a big football fan. Patrick is from the Pfalz in Germany, a theology student and the night owl of the flat share. He loves food of all kinds, enjoys playing various (online) games and is always up for a spontaneous long film/ series night. Zofia comes from Poland and is doing her PhD in astrophysics in Heidelberg, loves baking (to everyone's delight) and is always up for a relaxed evening on the couch or a karaoke evening in the old town.
A total of 15 residents live here, on three floors with separate shared flats. We enjoy spending time together here, going dancing, partying or for a walk - whatever. We also often have friends over to spend a relaxed evening with the flatmates. We are not a functional flat share, which is why an open, sociable atmosphere is very important to us. There's almost always something going on in the flat, but that doesn't mean you can't withdraw when you need some peace and quiet.

Die Miete für das Zimmer ist montatlich 355 + 35 Euro Nebenkosten an die Vermieter (plus 700 Euro Kaution). Interne Nebenkosten (Strom, WLAN, GEZ) sind zusammen nochmal ca. 50 Euro pro Monat. Die Vermieter möchten gerne eine Bürgschaft der Eltern haben. Besichtigungen werden abends am 20-22. November stattfinden, schreib gerne schon, wann du Zeit hättest.

The monthly rent for the room is 355 + 35 euros service charges to the landlord (plus 700 euros deposit). Internal ancillary costs (electricity, WLAN, GEZ) add up to another 50 euros per month. The landlords request a guarantee from the parents. Room visits will take place in the evening between 20-22 November, please let us know when you are available if you already know.
