Chinesische Masterstudentin sucht WG in Heidelberg

My name is Hongwei. I am currently coming to Germany for my master's study, for at least two years.
I want to rent a flatshare in Heidelberg from 15.11.2022.

I am 24 years old, male. I have sperrkonto for proof of income. If needed, I will also buy liability insurance for the apartment.

Further, I want to rent a flatshare with not too chaotic room and friendly flatmates.

If possible, we can have a video call or I arrive at Heidelberg on 13th November, so that I can visit the apartment and ask for the contract and everything.

Sadly, since it is my first time coming to Germany, I do not have Schufa (request now) , but if needed, I can provide it once everything is settled.

Last but not least, please consider that I can register at your place (Anmeldung).
