WG Zimmer in Heidelberg Rohrbach zur Untermiete
Ich ziehe ab August für ein Auslandsjahr weg und vermiete während dieswr Zeit mein Wg Zimmer möbiliert unter.
Das Zimmer ist 24 qm gross und sehr geräumig. Ein grosser Schreibtisch eignet sich ideal zum lernen. Ausserdem gibt es einen grossen Balkon mit Beet, zu dem nur du Zugang hast.
Die Wohnung ist ausserdem sehr hell und hat super Licht. In der Küche hat man genug Platz um ordentlich zu kochen hnd zu backen.
Es gibt super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl in 150m, Rewe, Dm, Aldi 700m), sowie Freizeitangebote (Hallenbad, Boulder-Halle) in der Nähe. Die Altstadt ist super mit dem ÖPNV von S-Bahnhof Kirchheim/Rohrbach oder von der Station Rohrbach Markt erreichbar. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell überall hin
Es handelt sich um eine 2er WG, mit einer weiteren Studentin. Beim Putzen wird sich wöchentlich abgewechselt, ansonsten ist der Umgang locker. Gerne sitzt man mal zusammen, man kann aber auch super seine Ruhe haben. Meine Mitbewohnerin spricht vor allem Spanisch und Englisch, lernt aber auch Deutsch.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann zusätzlich gemietet werden.
