Angrenzend an das Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen Wintergarten mit einem begehbaren Schrank.
Die Mitbewohner*innen sind alle super liebe Studierende Anfang 20.
Die angegebene Miete gilt für den angegebenen Zeitraum und deckt alle Nebenkosten sowie GEZ, das WLAN und anfallende Kosten für WG-Anschaffungen ab.
