Ich vermiete mein WG- Zimmer vom 01.02.24 bis zum 31.03.24 unter.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert. Es hat einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein Bett mit Matratze und ein großes Regal. Durch das bodentiefe Fenster ist es sehr hell, auch im Winter.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist barrierefrei und deshalb für eine WG im Wohnheim sehr großzügig geschnitten.
Es gibt 2 Bäder mit jeweils WC und Waschbecken und in einem Bad eine Dusche.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist optimal und eher ruhig.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt am Neckar im Neuenheimer Feld. Somit ist man in den Gebäuden der Uni innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß. Zur PH braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Einkaufen kann man super im Mathematikon, welches max. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt ist.
Um in die Altstadt zu kommen fährt alle 10 Minuten ein Bus.
In der WG leben aktuell 3 Studentinnen. Jenny studiert Lehramt, Natalia Jura und Nele Sonderpädagogik. Das WG- Leben ist sehr harmonisch, jedoch macht jede eher ihr eigenes Ding.
