Das Zimmer mit zwei Fenster mit Blick auf den Philosophenweg ist schön geschnitten und misst ca 23qm(ohne Dachschränge 20qm). Es ist nur für 1 Person und möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regalen und einem großen Sofa. Für den Kleiderschrank (helles Massivholz, hochwertig) würde eine Ablösesumme von 130 Euro anstehen.

The room with two windows overlooking the Philosophenweg is nicely cut and measures about 23 square meters (without roof slopes 20 square meters). It is only for 1 person and furnished with a desk, bed, closet, shelves and a large sofa.
The conveyancing fee for a wardrobe (light-coloured solid wood, high quality) would cost 130 euros.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss und misst ca. 110qm. Wir leben mitten in einer belebten Straße mit zahlreichen Cafes und Bars. In den Sommermonaten kann es abends auch schonmal etwas lauter werden. Persönlich haben wir uns jedoch schnell daran gewöhnt, da das dynamische Leben der Lage genau diesen Charme der Gegend ausmacht. Supermärkte, Schloss & Fluss sind alle super schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor and measures approx. 110 square metres. We live in the centre of a lively street with numerous cafes and bars. In the summer months, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings. Personally, however, we quickly got used to it, as the dynamic life of the location is exactly what gives the neighbourhood its charm. Supermarkets, the castle and the river are all within easy walking distance.
Wenn es die Zeit zulässt trinken wir auch gerne mal am Abend zusammen auf der Terrasse ein Glas Wein oder essen zusammen. Wir genießen das WG-Leben, haben jedoch auch ein gutes Gefühl dafür, wenn jemand mal Zeit für sich braucht. Wir sind keine Party-WG und bevorzugen unsere Wohnung als Rückzugsort und nicht als ständigen Treffpunkt für Kontakte- dieser Punkt ist uns sehr wichtig da wir keinen Durchgangsverkehr an Gästen im Apartment möchten. Feste Fächerzuteilung im Kühlschrank oder separate Salzstreuer brauchen wir nicht.
Insgesamt ist unser WG-Leben von Rücksicht und respektvollem Miteinander geprägt. Da viel Fleiß und Arbeit in der Wohnung steckt achten wir auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Das wünschen wir uns auch von Dir. Da wir beide berufstätig sind, präferieren wir eine Person, die selbiges ist.
Auf Grund der Eingebundenheit mit unseren Arbeitszeiten haben wir eine Reinigungskraft, die uns zumindest die wöchentlich anfallende Reinigung (außer Bad) etwas erleichtert. Hierfür fallen zusätzlich 35EUR für pro Monat an.
Philipp macht momentan sein PHD im Bereich der Medizinischen Informatik an der Heidelberger Unikrinik.
Onur arbeitet viel und macht gerade seine Facharztausbildung in Heidelberg. Er mag gerne Sprach lernen.
Ich(Anbieter) werde aus Beruf nach Berlin umziehen, momentan mache MA an der Uni.
Dem Vermieter wäre es wichtig, dass das Zimmer längerfristig gemietet wird (am besten bis 31.03.2026, mind. jedoch 31.12.2025)

If time permits, we also like to have a glass of wine or dinner together on the terrace in the evening. We enjoy living in a shared flat, but also have a good sense of when someone needs time to themselves. We are not a party flatshare and prefer our flat as a place of retreat rather than a constant meeting place for socialising - this is very important to us as we don't want any through-traffic of guests in the flat. We don't need fixed compartments in the fridge or separate salt shakers.
Overall, our shared apartment life is labelled by consideration and respectful interaction. As a lot of hard work goes into the flat, we pay attention to tidiness and cleanliness. We would like you to do the same. As we both work, we would prefer someone who does the same.
Due to our working hours, we have a cleaner who at least makes the weekly cleaning (except bathroom) a little easier for us. This costs an additional EUR 35 per month.
Philipp is currently doing his PhD in Medical Informatics at Heidelberg University Hospital.
Onur works a lot and is currently doing his specialist training in Heidelberg. He likes to learn languages.
I (Writer) will be moving to Berlin for work and am currently doing an MA at the university.
It would be important to the landlord that the room is rented long-term (preferably until 31.03.2026, but at least 31.12.2025)
