The room has a very high ceiling (over 3 m) and a beautiful view over the roofs of the Actsadt on the Holy Spirit Church and the Hilly Mountain. It is partly furnished with a large fold-in bed, a desk, a writing chair stand and hanging shelves, a table, several chairs etc. It is still empty, only the furniture remains.

Das Zimmer besitz eine sehr hohe Decke (über 3 m) und eine schöme Aussichtüber die Dächer der Aktsadtauf die Heilig Geist Kirche und denHeiligenberg. Es istteilmöbliert mit einem großen einklappbaren Bett, einem Schreibtisch, eiem Schreibischstuhl Stand- und Hängeregalen , einem Tisch, mehrere Stühle etc. Es wird noch leergeräumt, nur die Möbel verbleiben.

The apartment is very centrally located in the eastern old town in the immediate vicinity of the university square and the university library. A small supermarket can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, as well as the bus stop "Rathaus". The location is central, but still it is very quiet. The house itself dates from about 1900 and is built in Art Nouveau style. It has a bicycle room on the ground floor. You can purchase the parking card for the pedestrian zone and park it directly in front of the house by car.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der östlichen Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Universitätsplatz und zur Universitätsbibliothek. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie die Bushaltestelle "Rathaus". Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Das Haus selbst stammt von ca. 1900 und ist im Jugendstil gebaut. Es besitzt einen Fahrradraum im Erdgeschoss. Man kann den Parkausweis für die Fußgängerzone erwerben und damit mit dem PKW direkt vor dem Haus parken.
I am the main tenant and work as a lecturer at the F and U in Heidelberg (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Galenik etc.). One room to rent is inhabited by a PhD student in the field of biochemistry, which comes from China. Living together is very harmonious.
Ich bin der Hauptmieter und arbeite als Dozent bei der F und U in Heidelberg (Pharmazeutische Chemie, Galenik etc.). Das eine zu vermietende Zimmer wird von einerDoktorandin im Bereich der Biochemie bewohnt, die aus China stammt. Das Zusammenleben verläuft sehr harmonisch.
