WG is located in the beautiful Heidelberger Weststadt – one of the most charming neighborhoods in the city. Everything is very relaxed here: green avenues, pretty old buildings and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. The neighborhood is colorfully mixed – many families, students and young professionals live here, giving the neighborhood a living but still cozy vibe.

Especially practical: Directly in the house there is a really good diner shop – which ensures fast hunger in between. And everything else is important in the area: Alnatura, Aldi, Rewe and Edeka are all within a few minutes walk or by bike. There are also many nice cafés, small shops and restaurants in the area.

The connection is also top: Whether walking to the old town, cycling to the university or train to other parts of the city – you are super connected, but still live quiet and relaxed.

Die Nachbarschaft ist bunt gemischt – viele Familien, Studierende und junge Berufstätige wohnen hier, was dem Viertel einen lebendigen, aber trotzdem gemütlichen Vibe gibt.

Besonders praktisch: Direkt im Haus gibt’s einen richtig guten Dönerladen – für den schnellen Hunger zwischendurch also bestens gesorgt. Und auch sonst ist alles Wichtige in der Nähe: Alnatura, Aldi, Rewe und Edeka erreichst du alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad. Außerdem gibt’s viele nette Cafés, kleine Läden und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Auch die Anbindung ist top: Ob zu Fuß in die Altstadt, mit dem Rad zur Uni oder mit der Bahn in andere Stadtteile – du bist super vernetzt, aber wohnst trotzdem ruhig und entspannt.

At the same time, I am a rather calm and tidy contemporary who can always understand when someone needs his rest. A good balance, depending on what is important to you in the WG, is no problem for me.
In my spare time I am very active and love to try new sports. I'm a lot at work right now, but I usually have hobbies. I can often encounter the guitar or the bike, but also enjoy quiet moments with a book. In summer, I am always easy to talk to a beach volleyball game or the like and generally always have for new ideas.

You’ll often find me with my guitar or out on my bike, but I enjoy quiet moments with a book. Kurz zur mir:
Ich bin Niklas, 27 Jahre alt und wohne erst seit Mitte Januar in Heidelberg. Ich habe vor 3 Monaten als Assistenzarzt an der Uniklinik angefangen zu arbeiten. Davor habe ich Medizin in Regensburg studiert und in Göttingen und Düsseldorf mein PJ gemacht. Ich kenne Heidelberg also selbst noch nicht so gut - freue mich nun aber darauf, die Stadt zu erkunden und neue Leute kennenzulernen:)
Ich würde mich sehr über ein nettes WG-Leben in entspannter Atmosphäre freuen und bin immer für einen gemeinsamen Kochabend oder ein Bierchen zu haben.
Gleichzeitig bin ich ein eher ruhiger und ordentlicher Zeitgenosse, der immer nachvollziehen kann, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht. Eine gute Balance, je nachdem, was dir in der WG wichtig ist, ist also für mich gar kein Problem.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich sehr aktiv und liebe es, neue Sportarten auszuprobieren. Aktuell bin ich zwar viel auf der Arbeit, aber normalerweise hab ich auch Hobbies. Ich bin dann öfters mal an der Gitarre oder auf dem Rad anzutreffen, genieße aber auch mal ruhige Momente mit einem Buch. Im Sommer bin ich auch immer leicht zu einem Beachvolleyballspiel oder Ähnlichem zu überreden und generell immer für neue Ideen zu haben.

In the house there is a döner and a yoga studio!

Rooms:
Your room has a seperate entrance from the hallway directly adjacent to the apartment door. This makes you very quiet and undisturbed at the top and has the best view of Heidelberg.

Common areas:
There is a bathroom, a seperate toilet, as well as a living room (living room with kitchen).
In the kitchen there is both washing and washing machine.

Other:
I would like to rent the room for a limited period, but I am flexible with the period - depending on how it suits you best:)

Building:

Unsere Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, dafür aber tägliches Training;)

Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer hat einen seperaten Eingang vom Flur-direkt angrenzend an die Wohnungstür. Dadurch bist du oben sehr ruhig und ungestört und hast den besten Blick auf Heidelberg.

Gemeinschaftsräume:
Es gibt ein Bad, eine seperate Toilette, sowie eine Wohnküche (Wohnzimmer mit Küche).
In der Küche gibt es sowohl Spül- als auch Waschmaschine.

Sonstiges:
Ich würde das Zimmer zunächst gern befristet vermieten, bin aber mit dem Zeitraum flexibel - je nachdem, wie es für dich am besten passt:)
