The apartment is in a private residence on the edge of the Weststadt. You need to walk 5 min to the main station and 3 min to the stop Ringstraße and Christ Church.
Shops are also all easily accessible, there is no 10 min to the purchase country or Edeka. The Weststadt is best city and in the immediate vicinity there are also many cafés.
The university is also great to reach, by bike approx. 10 min to the field or to the old town, the campus Bergheim is only 5 min away.

Die Wohnung ist in einem privaten Wohnheim am Rand der Weststadt. Man braucht zu Fuß 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof und 3 min zur Haltestelle Ringstraße und Christuskirche.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch alle gut erreichbar, zum Kaufland oder Edeka läuft man keine 10 min. Die Weststadt ist Beststadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe sind auch viele Cafés zu finden.
Die Uni ist auch super zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 min ins Feld oder auch in die Altstadt, der Campus Bergheim ist nur 5 min entfernt.

Unsere WG-Konstellation ist sehr jung, aber wir sind eine kleine Familie geworden. Wir machen eigentlich sehr viel zusammen, von Kochen, zusammen lernen oder feiern gehen kann alles im Programm sein, wir lassen es einfach auf uns zukommen.

Während sie morgens entspannt ihren Hafer-Milchkaffee sippt, ist sie abends aktiv im Volleyballtraining oder auf dem Rennrad unterwegs. Sonst ist sie immer gerne mit Freunden unterwegs und freut sich über jeden Aperol.

Melissa ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert im 7. Semester Jura. Ihr Tag beginnt grundsätzlich immer mit einem Kaffee. Daneben spielt sie gern Fußball, ist gern draußen unterwegs und abends immer für eine Runde Kartenspielen oder zum Quatschen zu haben.

The 415€ rent includes basic rent as well as additional costs except GEZ and Internet. Julia takes care of it and we transfer it about 15 € a month.
Unfortunately, we are only looking for a roommate from July to December, as our roommate returns from his internship abroad.

Die 415€ Miete beinhalten Grundmiete sowie Nebenkosten außer GEZ und Internet. Julia kümmert sich darum und wir überweisen ihr ca. 15 € im Monat.
Wir suchen leider nur eine Mitbewohner*in von Juli bis Dezember, da unser Mitbewohner dann wieder von seinen Auslandspraktika wieder zurückkommt.
