Möbliertes Zimmer ist in einer 3er WG in Dossenheim/Heidelberg frei. Ich bin ausgezogen.
Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine,Kühlschrank, Backofen und allem Zubehör wie Teller, Töpfe usw. ausgestattet .
Dusche mit WC.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung
WLAN ist vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist in Berg. Das brauct man ungefähr 20min von Haltestelle(linea 5 & 24) zum Zimmer. Deshalb empfehle ich ein Fahrrad zu haben.
Wir sind eine sehr ruhige WG. Sandra ist ein Studentin. Ani ist auch ein Student. Ashley ist Beruftätig. Und sie sind richtig gute Menschen bzw. die besten Menschen. Es wird dir schwer fallen sie nicht zu mögen.
Theoretisch kannst du sofort Mietevertrag unterschreiben, wenn du für das Zimmer entschieden hast.
