In a 3-family kernel refurbished, a room is free in a 3rd-WG.
The room has built-in ceiling radiators and 3x glazed windows with electric roller shutters and is equipped with the following furniture:
- Bed 140x200 with slat and mattress
- wardrobe
- Desk with chair
- shelf
The walls and ceilings are provided with white roughing and it is laid everywhere design floor with wooden structure.
The new fitted kitchen with dining area is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob and also has plenty of storage space. There are pots, dishes, glasses, etc., so you don't need anything to care well there.
The bathroom is not too spacious but has everything you need with toilet, washbasin with mirror cabinet, shower and towel heater.
In the basement there is a washing room with washing machine and the possibility to connect a separate dryer. There are also other parking spaces and in the yard there is a shelter for the bicycles.
The house was refurbished in 2021 and equipped with full heat protection. The new 3-fold glazed windows and the economical gas-fuel heating also provide a low energy requirement and thus also manageable additional costs.

Das Zimmer hat Einbaudeckenstrahler sowie 3-fach verglaste Fenster mit elektrischem Rollladen und ist mit folgenden Möbeln ausgestattet:

- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl

Die Wände und Decken sind mit weißem Rauputz versehen und es ist überall Designboden mit Holzstruktur verlegt.
Die neue Einbauküche mit Essgelegenheit ist mit großer Kühlgefrierkombination, Spülmaschine, Backofen und Kochfeld ausgestattet und hat zudem jede Menge Stauraum. Es sind Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser, etc. vorhanden, sodass man nichts mehr braucht um sich dort gut versorgen zu können.
Das Badezimmer ist zwar nicht zu geräumig, hat aber mit WC, Waschbecken mit Spiegelschrank, Dusche und Handtuchheizkörper alles was man braucht.
Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit einen eigenen Trockner anzuschließen. Zudem gibt es noch weitere Abstellflächen und im Hof ist ein Unterstand für die Fahrräder.
Das Haus wurde 2021 kernsaniert und mit einem Vollwärmeschutz versehen. Die neuen 3-fach verglasten Fenster und die sparsame Gas-Brennwertheizung sorgen zusätzlich für einen geringen Energiebedarf und somit auch überschaubare Nebenkosten.
The apartment is located in the charming Böckingen district, the oldest part of Heilbronn. Food markets, bakers, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are nearby and within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only 100m away and the S-Bahn stop is also within a few minutes. This makes it easy to get to the city by public transport or by bicycle, to the universities and, if necessary, to the employer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im charmanten Stadtteil Böckingen, dem ältesten Stadtteil Heilbronns. Lebensmittelmärkte, Bäcker, Ärzte, Apotheken, etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 100m entfernt und auch die S-Bahn Haltestelle ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Somit kommt man gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder auch mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt, zu den Hochschulen und ggf. auch zum Arbeitgeber.
Martin and Lisa are currently living here in our 3 WG. Ahmed will leave our WG at 31.05 and now we are looking for a new member for our WG.
