I am moving from Germany to the Heksinki region for my Masters studies in chemistry starting this autumn. I am therefore on the lookout for a place to stay - whether it is a studio apartment, a shared apartment or something else, is not important, as long as it meets my budget, includes the necessities like a kitchen and bathroom and is located reasonably.
I myself am 22 years old and am not looking for a specific type of flatmate (given the case it is going to be a shared apartment) - I am very flexible and able to socialise with many types of people.
I have a high and stable monthly income and a large amount of securities. I am therefore able to pay my rent reliably and can cover for unforseen circumstances.
