Die Wohnung besteht aus 4 schlafzimmern, zwei bädern und einer küche plus Balkon. Dein zimmer wird 20 quadratmeter groß sein und bietet viel platz um den raum schön zu gestalten. Die küche bietet alles was man benötig und der balkon ist sehr entspannt für den Sommer! Ich werde die schlafcouch in dem Zimmer lassen den rest der möbel werde ich wohl mitnehmen aber das gute ist selbst wenn du noch keine möbel hast, hast du schonmal eine Schlaf möglichkeit bis du dir alle deine sachen holen und aufbauen konntest. Die Lage ist perfekt für Herne 7 min zu fuß hast du mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, aldi und Penny. Vor der Tür hält ein bus und die Ubahn linie U35 ebenfalls damit bist du in 15 min in der innenstadt von bochum und in circa 25 min direkt an der RUB. Die wohnung ist in einer neben straße daher hört man die Autos kaum. Vor der Tür sind parkplätze für autos am straßenrand welche kostenlos sind.
Deine Neuen Mitbewohner sind alle sehr nett und helfen auch gerne. Sie studieren alle und sind daher auch oft unterwegs aber sie sind auch gerne mal abends zuhause und kochen dort zusammen.
The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen plus balcony. Your room will be 20 square meters and offers plenty of space to make the room beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need and the balcony is very relaxed for the summer! I'll leave the sofa bed in the room, I'll probably take the rest of the furniture with me, but the good thing is that even if you don't have any furniture yet, you already have a place to sleep until you can get all your things and set them up. The location is perfect for Herne, 7 minutes on foot you have several shops such as Rewe, aldi and Penny. A bus and the underground line U35 stop in front of the door, so you can be in the city center of Bochum in 15 minutes and directly at the RUB in about 25 minutes. The apartment is in a side street so you hardly hear the cars. There is street parking in front of the door which is free. Your new roommates are all very nice and happy to help. They are all studying and are therefore often on the road, but they also like to be at home in the evenings and cook together there.
